Day 1
Start from Ust-Kamenogorsk city.
Daily run 360 km.
Departure at 8:00 Ust-Kamenogorsk we move towards the Katon-Karagay nature reserve,
on the way we visit the Bukhtarma reservoir,
foothill villages, we stop in Katon-Karagay in a guest house.
Details
Day 1
Start from Ust-Kamenogorsk city.
Daily run 360 km.
Departure at 8:00 Ust-Kamenogorsk we move towards the Katon-Karagay nature reserve,
on the way we visit the Bukhtarma reservoir,
foothill villages, we stop in Katon-Karagay in a guest house.
Day 2
Daily run 170km.
Breakfast and departure at 8:00 from the village of Katon-Karagay in the direction of Rakhmanovsky Klyuchi.
We are waiting for the authentic villages of Uryl and Berel.
Further, the road will begin its ascent towards Belukha Mountain,
we will stop at the observation deck overlooking the mountain.
Closer to dinner we will visit the Rakhmanovskie Klyuchi sanatorium,
where we will take hot baths and see the alpine lake Rakhmanovskoye. Filming with a copter.
After lunch, we will go to the overnight stop on Lake Yazevoe.
We will stop at the guest house “Lake Yazevoe” for the night.
Day 3
Daily run 140km.
We are waiting for the most difficult and incredibly beautiful old “Old Austrian road”
built by Austrian prisoners of war of the First World War.
At the end of this day, cozy houses in the style of A-farms await us in the village of Urunkhaika.
The stop will be at the beautiful reserved lake Markakol.
Day 4
Daily run 250km.
Breakfast and departure at 8:00 from Urunkhaika.
We will pass close to the border of China, literally within reach).
We will drive past the foothill villages along the valley along the beautiful mountain range.
Next, an amazing Martian landscape of the Kiin-Kerish tract awaits us.
We will stop at the lake. Zaisan in a tent camp at Cape Shekelmes.
